NDE is looking for a guest choreographer to create an original work on our company dancers for our 2024/25 season.

• Submission Deadline: August 1st 2024

• Length of Piece: 5-8 minutes

• Number of Dancers: 3-8

• Rehearsals: 

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-9pm (includes a 1 hour company warm up class)

  • A total of 6 rehearsals to complete the work in November 2024

  • 1 additional rehearsal prior to each performance to clean/coach

• Performances: 

  • The work will be performed at NDE’s two full length performances of the season

  • Winter Performance: Jan 31-Feb 2 2025

  • Spring Performance: June 20-22 2025

• Compensation: 

  • $300 to be paid upon the completion of the work

  • Media of completed work (photo and video footage)

  • Social media promotion & recognition throughout the process (including 1 mini-choreographer promo reel)

  • Choreographic recognition at all performances

  • 1 free ticket to each performance
